1. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • Free shipping orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


2. Processing & Delivery Time

We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day or the next working day whenever possible.
During busy periods, orders may take up to 3 business days to be dispatched.

Once shipped, Royal Mail Tracked 48 typically delivers within 2 working days across the UK.


3. Design Patch Orders

Custom patch products are made to order and require additional time for production.
These items are usually dispatched within 14 business days after your order is placed.

You will receive an email notification once your custom item has been shipped, along with your tracking information.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — details will be displayed on our website when available.


5. Delays and Issues

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays or external factors beyond our control (such as strikes, weather, or high seasonal demand).
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you in tracking your parcel.
