Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• It must also be in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.

Please note that custom patch items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

All design patch orders are strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once the order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your item is made to your specifications and is therefore exempt from cancellation, return, and exchange rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

We do not accept any changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges for custom design patch products after the order has been submitted.

Please ensure that all design details, selections, and information are correct before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within max 14 days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
